NEW YORK CITY · NEW YORK STATE · DESTINATION TRAVEL
Where breath, movement, and awareness return to harmony—creating the conditions for the body to recover its natural rhythm, balance, and vitality.
Therapeutic massage shaped by breath, movement, and authentic assessment.
The RA SPHERA approach
Listening is where the work begins.
At RA SPHERA, massage is a dialogue with the body's own intelligence.
Guided by breath and shaped by more than a decade of therapeutic touch — woven with yoga, Tai Chi, Kundalini, and meditation — each session unfolds as a moving meditation, where skilled hands and conscious breathing meet to melt tension, awaken stillness, and let the body remember its natural rhythm.
Our signature diaphragmatic release frees the very center of the breath, opening the chest, easing pain, and restoring a deep sense of spaciousness.

Individualized bodywork
The RA SPHERA Session
An individualized bodywork session shaped around what your body needs that day. Each treatment may draw from Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial work, Shiatsu, assisted movement, diaphragmatic release, lymphatic techniques and other methods based on assessment, tissue response, movement and breath.
Within the session
A responsive language of touch
These are not separate treatments to diagnose or select in advance. They are techniques Olga may draw from within a RA SPHERA session, guided by conversation, observation, consent, tissue response, movement, and breath.
Swedish
Broad, rhythmic strokes that establish warmth, continuity, and a grounded full-body foundation.
Deep Tissue
Slower, more specific pressure used selectively, with time for the tissue to respond and intensity to remain collaborative.
Myofascial Work
Sustained, attentive contact that follows areas of fascial restriction without forcing movement or range.
Shiatsu
Grounded palm, thumb, and finger pressure used to address patterns of tension across the body.
Lymphatic Drainage
Gentle, rhythmic techniques used when lighter pressure and support for natural fluid movement are appropriate.
Assisted Movement
Personally paced movement and measured positioning used to explore comfort, mobility, and how the body organizes itself.
Diaphragmatic Release
Focused work around the breathing structures, integrated with unforced breath and the response of the surrounding tissue.
Session add-ons
Add another layer to the session
Craniosacral Therapy, Dry Cupping, and Hara work can be selected in Booksy and integrated within the session at no additional charge or time. Longer add-ons are arranged privately.

ExploreThe value of in-home care
The quiet afterward is part of the work.
The distinction of in-home care lies not simply in convenience, but in continuity. The atmosphere created during the session remains intact—familiar surroundings, unhurried breath, and the freedom to remain still rather than re-enter the pace of the city.
The transition becomes part of the care itself. Rest, warmth, hydration, and sleep can follow naturally, giving the body time to register what has changed and allowing the session to settle into your own rhythm.
The process
How a session actually happens
01
Book directly
Pick a session length and a time on the calendar. You are booking me, not submitting a request that gets posted somewhere for someone to accept.
02
Tell me about your body
A few questions when you book: where it hurts, how hard you want the pressure, anything I should work around. It means the first ten minutes are not spent finding out.
03
I arrive set up
Table, oil, and bolsters. Set-up takes about five minutes and the room goes back exactly how it was when I leave.

Questions worth asking first
How much space do you need?
About 7 by 8 feet, with room to walk around the table. A cleared living room floor is usually plenty. If you are not sure, send a photo of the room and you will get a straight answer before you book.
What do you bring, and what do I need to have?
I bring a professional table when requested, unscented oil and cream, bolsters and face cradle, music, if you want it. For a session in a private residence or hotel, please have a clean set of linens or towels ready. You will also need about 7 by 8 feet, with room to walk around the table. and somewhere to place your clothes.
What do I wear?
Whatever you like. You undress to your comfort level and stay covered by a sheet the entire time, except the area being worked on.
Is it strange having someone come to my home?
It is a fair thing to ask. You are booking one licensed therapist whose name, license number, and face are on this site — not an anonymous dispatch. You will know exactly who is arriving before they do.
Will I be covered in oil afterward?
No. The oil used absorbs cleanly and what is left gets worked out at the end of the session. Most people go straight to bed. If you would rather shower, that is fine too.
What about my dog?
Dogs are welcome to be in the room and most of them settle under the table within a few minutes. If yours would rather supervise from a distance, that is also fine. Just mention it when you book.
Do you take tips?
Included in the price. Never expected on top.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or move a session up to 24 hours ahead at no cost. Inside 24 hours, 50% of the session fee is charged. A complete no-show is always charged 50% of the session fee.
Book the table, not the errand
24-hour cancellation. Tip and tax included. You will know the full price before you enter a card.
