Retreats · In development

A retreat for the body, the imagination, and the inner life.

RA SPHERA is gathering interest in a future destination retreat shaped around bodywork, contemplative practice, creative expression, and unhurried human conversation.

No date, destination, price, or minimum group size has been confirmed. Individual travelers and private groups may express interest now. When enough aligned interest gathers around a place and season, RA SPHERA can develop a private proposal before anyone is asked to commit.

The possible program

Many ways of returning to attention.

The final schedule will depend on the destination, season, teachers, setting, and people who gather. These are the practices guiding the concept.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Massage & Bodywork

Individual therapeutic massage woven into the retreat schedule, with pace and focus adapted to each guest.

MORNING · EMBODIMENT

Yoga & Mindful Movement

Accessible yoga, breath, mobility, and creative movement practices that invite attention rather than performance.

PLANTS · FOOD · DAILY RHYTHM

Herbal Traditions & Nourishment

Educational exploration of traditional herbal rituals, seasonal food, and restorative daily habits—without medical detox claims or prescribed treatment protocols.

REFLECTION · DIALOGUE

Spiritual Study & Conversation

Open conversation, selected readings, and contemplative study offered as invitations to reflection, never as requirements of participation or care.

COLOR · FORM · MAKING

Painting & Art

Unhurried time for painting and visual expression, designed for curiosity and presence rather than artistic experience or a finished result.

PLACE · SPACE · CONNECTION

Rest, Nature & Shared Time

Room for quiet, nature, meals, and conversation so the schedule supports the retreat rather than becoming another demand.

A possible daily rhythm

Practice without crowding every hour.

Structure enough to support the day. Space enough to let the place and the people matter.

  1. MorningYoga, breath, mindful movement, and a spacious breakfast.
  2. MiddayPrivate massage sessions, herbal education, nourishment, and rest.
  3. AfternoonConversation, spiritual study, creative movement, painting, and art.
  4. EveningA shared meal, reflection, quiet practice, and unstructured time.

Possible yoga study

A sequence becomes more useful when every body is allowed to adapt it.

A future retreat may draw from the Hatha and 26+2 guides, with postures taught through breath, alignment, props, and individualized range rather than a demand for uniformity.

How a retreat becomes real

Build the group before announcing the journey.

Interest comes first. Dates and payments do not. Every practical detail will be disclosed before anyone is invited to commit.

01

Express interest

Share whether you are considering the retreat for yourself or a private group, along with destinations and seasons that may work.

02

Find the alignment

RA SPHERA looks for a viable group, setting, season, and program without announcing details before they are real.

03

Receive a proposal

Interested guests receive the location, dates, program, price, inclusions, and terms before deciding whether to participate.

04

Confirm the retreat

The retreat moves forward only after the practical plan and sufficient participation are confirmed.

Interest, not a reservation

Are you imagining this for yourself or for a group?

Choose an approximate number from 1 to 20. This helps RA SPHERA understand whether interest is individual, shared, or suitable for a private retreat proposal.

This begins a private conversation. It does not hold a place, confirm a retreat, or create a charge.

Expressing interest does not reserve a place, create a charge, or promise that a retreat will occur. It helps RA SPHERA understand whether a thoughtful destination program can be built around a real group.
