Terms of Service

RA SPHERA provides licensed massage therapy, guided breath and movement practices, group and educational offerings, and related wellness content within the practitioner’s lawful training and scope. Massage is not medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, physical therapy, emergency care, or a substitute for treatment from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Results differ from person to person. No outcome, cure, pain reduction, recovery time, performance change, emotional response, or health benefit is guaranteed. The practitioner may modify, postpone, stop, or decline a service when information, symptoms, consent, environment, or professional judgment indicates that doing so is appropriate.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information that may affect comfort or safety, including relevant injuries, symptoms, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures, medications, medical restrictions, skin conditions, and changes in health. Seek medical guidance when symptoms are new, severe, unexplained, or outside massage therapy’s scope.

Massage remains consent-based throughout the session. You may ask questions, request changes to pressure, positioning, draping, or focus, decline any technique, or end the session. RA SPHERA provides professional therapeutic services only. Sexualized conduct, harassment, threats, intoxication that affects consent or safety, or an unsafe environment may result in immediate termination of the session without refund where permitted by law.

Website availability is subject to change until a booking is accepted. A submitted request, held time, automated screen, or inquiry is not a final guarantee of service. RA SPHERA may contact you to clarify location, access, health precautions, timing, travel, or suitability before confirming.

For appointments made through the embedded Booksy calendar, the confirmation displayed or sent by Booksy identifies whether the appointment has been accepted. Private inquiries for groups and destination work remain unconfirmed until RA SPHERA accepts them directly.

You are responsible for accurate contact, address, building-access, parking, pet, and scheduling information and for providing a safe, private, and reasonably clean space suitable for the agreed service. Delays caused by access problems or late arrival may reduce hands-on time without reducing the price.

The price presented for the selected service at confirmation governs that booking, subject to correction of an obvious error before the service is provided. Travel, tax, and gratuity are included in the quoted session price, so no additional travel charge or tip is expected.

When the embedded booking tool requests a card or payment, complete card details are handled by Booksy and its payment providers. A card may be used to hold an appointment and charged according to the terms shown during booking, including the cancellation policy. You authorize the disclosed charge by completing the applicable payment or confirmation step.

You may cancel or move a private session without charge up to 24 hours before its scheduled start. Inside 24 hours, 50% of the session fee is charged. A complete no-show is always charged 50% of the session fee, except where prohibited by law or RA SPHERA expressly agrees otherwise because of an emergency or exceptional circumstance.

If RA SPHERA must cancel, the usual remedy is rescheduling or refunding any amount already paid for the affected service. Weather, illness, transportation disruption, unsafe conditions, building access, and destination travel may require a reasonable change. Separate written terms may apply to groups, corporate events, workshops, retreats, packages, and destination arrangements.

Gift cards, packages, memberships, and paid guides are governed by the description and any additional terms displayed at purchase. Availability, transfer, redemption, cancellation, and refund terms may differ by offering. Mandatory consumer-protection rules apply where they cannot lawfully be waived.

Unless an offering expressly says otherwise, buying a gift or package does not guarantee a particular date, practitioner, destination, or travel arrangement. Digital materials are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use and may not be copied, resold, posted publicly, or distributed commercially.

Journal articles, videos, meditation, breathwork, movement, organ-clock material, herbal preparations, food notes, spiritual quotations, and other resources are offered for general education and reflection. They are not medical or nutritional advice, diagnosis, prescription, or individualized treatment.

Traditional use and historical association do not establish safety or effectiveness. Consider allergies, pregnancy, medications, medical conditions, food safety, and individual limitations. Stop a practice that causes pain, dizziness, distress, or other concerning symptoms and seek qualified care when appropriate.

The site may embed or link to services and content operated by others, including YouTube and future payment, scheduling, or email providers. RA SPHERA does not control their availability, accessibility, security, privacy practices, claims, or content. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms as well as any applicable RA SPHERA terms.

The RA SPHERA name, original copy, design, photographs, videos, graphics, guides, and site presentation are owned by RA SPHERA or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable excerpts for personal, noncommercial use.

You may not scrape, reproduce, sell, republish, remove attribution from, train a commercial model on, or create a competing compilation from substantial parts of the site without written permission. Quotations and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to applicable rights and limitations.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. RA SPHERA works to keep information accurate and the site functioning, but does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every offering will remain available. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RA SPHERA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website or educational content. Any liability connected with a paid service remains subject to applicable law, professional duties, informed consent, and the specific written agreement for that service.

These terms are governed by New York law, without disregarding consumer protections that apply where you live. Before beginning formal proceedings, both sides are encouraged to attempt a good-faith resolution through the Contact page. Any claim that must be brought in court will be subject to the jurisdiction and venue permitted by applicable law.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. Separate signed event, travel, intake, consent, or purchase terms control if they directly conflict with these general website terms.

RA SPHERA may update these terms as services and website features change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless law or an express agreement requires otherwise.
