The 10-Minute Arrival Reset
A quiet sequence to help the body register that the journey is over. Move gently, stay within a comfortable range, and skip anything that causes pain, dizziness, or numbness.
Arrive and breathe
Stand or lie comfortably. Let your gaze settle and take four unforced breaths, allowing each exhale to lengthen on its own.
Wake the feet and calves
Alternate ankle pumps with slow calf raises for 60–90 seconds. Keep a wall or chair within reach for balance.
Open the hips and middle back
Make small standing hip circles, then rotate the rib cage gently from side to side while the pelvis stays quiet.
Reset the neck and shoulders
Use small chin nods and slow shoulder-blade glides. Avoid forceful neck circles or pulling on the head.
Add simple self-massage
Use your hands or a soft massage ball against a wall on the upper back, glutes, or soles of the feet. Keep the pressure easy and stay off the spine and front of the neck.
Become still
Finish with one quiet minute of natural breathing. Notice the floor beneath you before returning to the rest of your day.
