Follow the complete Five Tibetan Rites sequence in about 15 minutes. Move at your own pace, stay within a comfortable range, and stop if anything causes pain or dizziness.

A complete practice in 15 minutes

The Five Tibetan Rites are a sequence of five yoga-like exercises popularized in the 1930s. Practitioners have long called them the “Fountain of Youth” rites because the routine is traditionally associated with vitality, strength, flexibility, balance, and sustained energy.

Completed at a comfortable pace, the full sequence takes about 15 minutes. It offers a simple way to bring breath, movement, and attention together at the beginning of the day—less as a test of endurance than as a consistent ritual for body and mind.

How to approach the rites

Follow the guided video without rushing. Begin with fewer repetitions if the sequence is new, coordinate each movement with steady breathing, and allow consistency to matter more than range or speed.

Traditional descriptions of the rites are not medical promises. Move only within a comfortable range, stop if you feel pain or dizziness, and seek appropriate guidance when symptoms or health conditions require evaluation.
